摘要(Abstract)：

在国际社会中，地区安全共同体的构建一般采取“安全化”的发展路径。然而，上海合作组织在实践中摸索出了一条独特的“去安全化”的安全共同体构建路径。具体而言，上合组织遵循的“去安全化”路径首先体现在“上海五国”机制到上合组织的转变中；其次，“发展安全”理念和实践助推其“去安全化”进程；最后，上合组织向成员国赋予的“薄的承认”和“厚的承认”，较好地反映了“上海精神”，促进了上合组织发展的“去安全化”。从马克斯·韦伯的四种行为动机出发，可以发现上合组织安全共同体的构建之所以采取“去安全化”的路径，其深层考虑在于全面回应上合成员国对组织的四种诉求与期望。其中，工具理性逻辑强调的是上合组织的安危共担，价值理性强调上合组织对成员国赋予的“薄的承认”，“情感”强调上合组织对成员国赋予“厚的承认”，而“习惯”旨在满足成员国渴望增强地区团结的需要。事实证明，“去安全化”的路径对于推动上合组织安全共同体的构建发挥了重要的促进作用，且对世界其他地区组织安全共同体的构建具有重要启示。
